ANISELLE products are offered exclusively online. Each product is handcrafted in small batches with the highest attention to quality and detail. No two items are exactly alike. Due to the nature of the herbals and handcrafting involved in each soap, variations in color and texture are expected and enhance the exquisite beauty of each creation.

Online shopping at ANISELLE is both secure and private. ANISELLE has implemented stringent security procedures to ensure that your information is protected. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Firefox 3.0or higher, or Safari 3.0 or higher, all information provided will be automatically encrypted for security.

Shipping Options
Orders should arrive within approximately 5-7 business days from receipt by Aniselle, depending upon shipping destination. For an additional fee, please select next-day or two-day delivery upon checkout. Next-day or two-day priority shipment orders received prior to 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays), will be shipped the same day. Since all items are handmade to order, some soaps require 1-2 additional days to create. Notification will be sent if there is a delay in fulfilling the order. Items will not be charged until shipped.

To check order status or make changes to an order, please contact our Customer Service Center Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Time, excluding Holidays, at 1.718.380.5600. Please have your order number available.

Return Policy
We are confident you will be delighted with all your purchases at Aniselle.com. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.718.380.5600 for a Return Approval Number. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price promptly after receipt of returned merchandise. If you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Center within three days for a replacement item (shipped at no charge). We are unable to accept returns for international orders or custom blended orders. All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to Aniselle Inc. becomes the sole responsibility of the customer, unless an item is defected.

Gift Wrap
Gift wrap is available for $4.95 per item and includes a gift card for each shipping address. You will be offered the option of adding gift wrap to individual items when viewing items in your Shopping Bag.
